Summary and Abstract
At the beginning of the study, there should be a summary in Turkish and English containing the aim, method, findings and main results of the study between 300-350 words and 3-5 keywords in these languages. Abstracts should be 11 characters in Times New Roman font.
Keywords
At least 4 and at most 7 keywords should be specified for the article.

Introduction to the article, if there is a purpose or problem statement, sub-problems, method (universe-sample or study group, data collection tools, validity-reliability, data collection and analysis), findings and comments, discussion and conclusion, suggestions and bibliography subtitles. should occur.
In the introduction part, information about the purpose of the study, problem situation, literature review and related researches should be presented and associated with the problem status of the study.
In the method section, readers should be informed about the type of study and related data collection resources (sufficient information should be given in the method section regarding the patterns in which quantitative, qualitative or both are used together), data collection and analysis processes.
In the findings and interpretation part, the data obtained in the study should be presented in an understandable language, and the meaning of the finding should be explained. Comparison with the literature should not be included.
In the discussion and conclusion part, the results obtained from the findings of the study should be explained by comparing them with independent literature information.
In the recommendations section, recommendations should be made based on the study results.
The bibliography section should be arranged according to APA style. Manuscripts submitted to the journal should be 10 characters in Times New Roman font and should not exceed 20 pages including abstracts and bibliography. The Turkish title of the study should be placed first, and the English title should be written in all capital letters. After the abstracts, the names, institutions and e-mail addresses of the authors should be specified. If the study has been previously presented in a congress or symposium, the name of the conference or seminar in which it was presented and its date should be written under the first page.
Long Summary in English
The English broad summary should be prepared between 1000-1500 words (without reference to the source in the text) in the form of titles such as conceptual framework, purpose or problem sentence, method, findings and result.
Articles to be sent to the journal must be uploaded to http://dergipark.ulakbim.gov.tr/ajeli. The studies will be submitted to two referees after the editor's review and will be put in the order of publication in line with the reports from the referees.

Article submission deadlines are May 21 for the 1st issue and November 21st for the 2nd issue.

GENERAL
The publication process of the Anatolian Journal of Educational Leadership and Instruction is based on the unbiased production, development and sharing of knowledge with scientific method; It commits to preventing wrong practices in publishing by adhering to academic principles and in accordance with the determined academic and ethical standards. The international standards set by the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) are taken into consideration in the scientific papers sent to ensure ethical standards.
Uploading the article by the author / authors on Anatolian Journal of Educational Leadership and Instruction for the purpose of publishing in the Anatolian Journal of Education Leadership and Instruction starts the application process of the publication.
Anatolian Journal of Education Leadership and Instruction reserves the right to reject, edit, publish or not publish submitted articles.
ARTICLE EVALUATION PROCESS
The first editorial evaluation is made within the first 30 days for the articles submitted for the purpose of publishing in the Anatolian Education Leadership and Instruction Journal. During this time, language checking, spelling check, plagiarism research, etc. can be done. If necessary, a language editor, statistics editor, plagiarism reporter can be assigned. After the editorial review, if necessary, the author is given 15 days to make the necessary arrangements. The referee evaluation process is started for the articles that pass the editorial reading successfully. During the referee evaluation process, each referee is given 7 days for invitation acceptance and 15 days for evaluation. Any referee requesting additional time for a reason is considered. For the articles that successfully complete the referee evaluation process, the author is given a maximum of 15 days for the regulations requested by the referees. The article is sent to the referee who wants to see the study again and for this purpose, the referee is given 10 more days. After the final review of the referees, the final version of the work is read by the editor within 15 days. Additional time requests from authors or referees are also taken into account in the process. We don't ask for article publishing fee.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE EDITORIAL BOARD
The Editorial Board of Anatolian Journal of Educational Leadership and Instruction (hereinafter, the "Editorial Board") and Editors / Assistant Editors are responsible for each article submitted to the Anatolian Educational Leadership and Instruction Journal, and even all processes after its publication.
The Editorial Board ensures that journal policies such as publication, blind review, evaluation process, ethical principles are determined and implemented.
Taking the article into the referee process by the Editorial Board does not mean a publication commitment. Even if the referee process for publication results in a positive result, the decision of the Editorial Board and the Editors / Assistant Editors is definitely required. Editorial Board and Editors may decide not to publish the article.
The Editorial Board encourages academic honesty. The Editorial Board ensures the originality of the written works by controlling them before publication through the iThenticate plagiarism prevention program.
The Editorial Board always examines the plagiarism and abuse allegations regarding the published articles. For example, if a writer has plagiarized his article from other works, has used third party copyright material without permission or with incomplete reporting, the Editorial Board will take various actions, including reporting the issue to the head of the department, dean and / or relevant academic institutions at the institution where the author works. reserves its rights.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF EDITORS / ASSISTANT EDITORS
Editors / Assistant Editors of Anatolian Educational Leadership and Instruction Journal are responsible for taking measures regarding intellectual property rights, unscientific-unethical behaviors and plagiarism during the publishing process of articles and journals.
When making positive or negative decisions about the articles, Editors / Assistant Editors consider the original value of the articles, their contribution to the field, the validity and reliability of the research method, the clarity of the expression, and the purpose and scope of the journal.
Editors / Assistant Editors implement the policies of blind review and evaluation process, keep the credentials of referees and authors confidential from each other during the evaluation process, and ensure that each article is evaluated objectively and in time. They correct the errors, inconsistencies or misdirections in the articles.
Editors / Assistant Editors ensure the protection of personal data within the scope of the journal's publishing principles and ethical principles.
Editors / assistant editors pay attention to the protection of human and animal rights in the articles, care about documenting the explicit consent of the participants in the article, and reject the article in experimental research or studies involving questionnaires without ethical committee approval.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PEER REVIEWERS
In deciding whether the submitted article will be published or not, the opinions of the peers are given priority by the Editorial Board.
Each article is evaluated by a blind review with at least two peer reviewers who are experts in their fields. If the decision of the two peers is different, the article is sent to a third peer or the editor's decision is checked.
Peers should evaluate the work as fair and impartial, following the two-way blind arbitration procedure.
Peers should respect the principle of confidentiality; they are obliged not to use the information obtained from the arbitration process for their personal interests; They should not share their reports or information about the article with others.
Peer reviews should be objective and constructive. The academic competence of the article should be based on. Criticism of the authors' personalities is not considered appropriate. Peers should present explanations and arguments to support their evaluations in the peer evaluation reports submitted by the editor of the journal. Editors / Assistant Editors do not consider biased and personalized evaluations and unjustified approvals and disapprovals and re-appoint a peer for articles in this situation.
Reviewers should not agree to evaluate articles that may result in personal or institutional conflicts of interest.
Peers should notify the editor of the journal of any actual or possible plagiarism, multicast or simultaneous application if they detect.
Peers should conduct the assessment with impartiality and confidentiality. In accordance with this principle, they should destroy the articles they have reviewed after the evaluation process. Nationality, gender, religious belief, political views and commercial concerns should not impair the academic impartiality of the evaluation.
The peers should evaluate the article, which they accepted, within the time limit. In order to increase the academic quality of the article, the peers' suggestions for correction are communicated to the authors and, if requested by the peers, the corrections made by the author are forwarded to the peer.
AUTHOR'S RESPONSIBILITIES
The texts / studies submitted to the Anatolian Educational Leadership and Instruction Journal should not contain plagiarism and should be original. The responsibility in this matter belongs entirely to the authors.
The evaluation process of the articles found to contain plagiarism is stopped. If plagiarism is detected after publication, Editors and Editor-in-Chiefs take appropriate precautions.
The author has the right to withdraw the article until the publication decision is made, provided that it notifies the editorial board of the journal.
Authors should not use discriminatory language on the basis of belonging and identities such as gender, race, language, belief, culture, class, age, opinion, group and sexual orientation.
The works / articles must not violate the privacy and intellectual property rights of a third party.
Authors are obliged to indicate all persons who have a share in their work. They should indicate the persons who have significant shares in their work as co-authors. A study cannot be published without the consent of all of its authors.
The names of persons who did not contribute to the article should not be written as authors. Changing the order of authors, removing authors, adding authors for an article submitted for publication should not be recommended.
Authors should state if an old version of the work / text has been published in another medium. If the study is compiled from a thesis, even if it has not been published, or from an unpublished scientific meeting presentation, this should be indicated on the first page as a footnote.
Authors are responsible for complying with the current copyright law principles.
If the authors are asked for information or data about their articles during the evaluation process, they should submit the requested information to the journal editor.
Authors are responsible for fulfilling the correction suggestions of referees and Editors / Assistant Editors. If the referees or Editors / Assistant Editors do not agree with their suggestions, the author has the right to report this situation to the editor of the journal, along with the justification.
Authors should submit their procedures for referee evaluation proposals to the journal editor by recording them in the report sent by the journal editor.
All authors should disclose any financial or other conflicts of interest in their research papers that are perceived to affect the results or interpretation of that paper. All sources of financial support received for the study should be clearly stated.
When a writer discovers a serious error or mistake in a published article, he / she should inform the editor of the journal about this issue without delay. In this case, the author is responsible for collaborating with the journal editor in retracting the article or publishing a revision of the article. If the author does not act, the editorial board reserves the right to take the necessary decision.
Ethics committee approval must be obtained separately for researches and clinical and experimental studies on humans and animals that require an ethical committee decision, this approval must be specified and documented in the article.
PLAGIARISM
Plagiarism of all kinds is a very serious ethical issue, including improper quotations from the author's own publications. Plagiarism is a kind of theft which defined as ‘using someone else’s ideas, words, data, or other material produced by them without acknowledgement’. Plagiarism can occur in respect to all types of documents, sources and media, including:
• text, illustrations, musical quotations, extended mathematical derivations, computer code, etc.;
• material downloaded from websites or drawn from manuscripts or other media;
• published and unpublished material, including lectures, presentations and grey literature.
We do not tolerate plagiarism in AJELI, and we reserve the right to check all submissions through appropriate plagiarism checking tools. Submissions containing
suspected plagiarism, in whole or part, will be rejected. If plagiarism is discovered postpublication, we will follow our guidance outlined in the Retractions, Corrections and
Expressions of Concern section of these guidelines. We expect our readers, reviewers and editors to raise any suspicions of plagiarism, either by contacting the relevant editor or by
emailing ajeli@gmail.com.
RESEARCH ON HUMANS OR ANIMALS
Research on humans or animals must be approved by the relevant ethics committee (s).
Research must comply with international ethical and legal standards. We also ask authors to respect human contributors' privacy rights and send us their consents. The author is responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions and AJELI journal has no responsibility in this regard.
